2 tablespoons NAVARRO® Parmesan Cheese
100 grams NAVARRO® Grated Cheddar Cheese
2 medium pieces of peeled and grated carrot
2 medium pieces of fine chopped zucchini
3 medium pieces of thin stuffed chayotes
1 piece of crushed garlic clove
1 tablespoon. of chopped rosemary
4 eggs
3 tablespoons. of sour cream
2 tablespoons of kitchen oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1. Mix vegetables and garlic clove in a deep bowl.
2. Carefully add rosemary and mix gently. Set aside.
3. Aside, stir eggs with NAVARRO® Cheddar Cheeses and NAVARRO® Parmesan Cheese, add salt and pepper to the vegetable mixture, stir carefully until thoroughly blended.
4. In a pan, heat the oil, divide the mixture into 8 equal parts and make pancakes. Fry in the pan over high heat until crispy on both sides.
5. Remove and remove the excess oil with the help of absorbent paper. Serve immediately.
Note: It can be garnished with green or red sauce, or yoghurt dressing.
