150 grams. of Manchego Cheese
12 slices of serrano ham
2 baguette breads
2 roma tomatoes
2 yellow peppers
12 basil leaves
1 clove of garlic
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1. Finely chop the garlic into a paste. Mix with olive oil.
2. Cut the bread into 12 thin slices, spread a little garlic oil.
3. In a frying pan, brown the bread slices until they are crispy on both sides.
4. Cut Manchego cheese into thin slices. Cut the tomato with the same thickness. Set aside.
5. Chop the pepper into thin julienne strips. Set aside.
6. Arrange the bread in a tray, place the tomato on top, then the Manchego cheese followed by the Serrano ham, making sure that everything is in the slice.
7. Add the yellow bell pepper and the basil leaf.
8. Finish with a little olive oil.
