4 slices American Cheese
20 grams Cheddar Cheese
4 whole flour tortillas
2 slices turkey ham
2 tablespoon broccoli sprouts
1. Cut Cheddar Cheese into thin slices. Set aside.
2. Place a slice of American Cheese on a tortilla. Put a slice of turkey ham, a slice of Cheddar cheese and sprinkle with the broccoli sprouts. Close with another tortilla.
3. Heat the sincronizada (quesadilla) in a pan until the cheeses melt.
4.Cut in 4 parts and put in the lunchbox, it can be covered with aluminum foil.
TIP: They can also be made in a roll, rolling the ingredients with a single tortilla and cut into two pieces.
