150 grams of grated NAVARRO® Cheddar Cheese
150 grams Shredded NAVARRO® Oaxaca Cheese
12 flour tortillas
1 jar of ragu sauce (Pomodoro)
150 grams of peperoni
24 fresh basil leaves
3 tablespoons of olive oil
24 sticks
1. Mix 150 grams of NAVARRO® Cheddar Cheese and 150 grams of shredded NAVARRO® Oaxaca Cheese.
2. Put a spoonful of ragu sauce (Pomodoro) in the center of each tortilla, on top add the peperoni, basil and cover with cheese.
3. Roll up very well and secure with the sticks so they do not open.
4. Brown the rolls in olive oil on all sides until the cheese is well melted. Drain with absorbent paper.
5. Remove the sticks and cut the rolls in half.
6. Serve in a bowl with the remaining ragu sauce.
