INGREDIENTS

150 grams of Panela Cheese

50 grams of Adobera Cheese

12 flour tortillas

3 green tomatoes

1/4 onion

1 serrano pepper

1 tablespoon of cilantro

2 tablespoons of hot sauce

1 avocado

1 white onion 


PREPARATION

1. Cut the Panela Cheese into small cubes. Set aside in refrigeration.

2. Finely chop the green tomato and the onion, mix very well. Chop the cilantro and serrano pepper and mix with the tomatoes.

3. Finely grate the Adobera cheese, set aside.

4. Put a flour tortilla on a frying pan or skillet to heat. Prepare the quesadilla with tomato, Panela cheese and Adobera cheese on top, fold.

5. Leave in skillet until the Adobera Cheese is melted.

6. Serve with slices of avocado, onion and hot sauce to taste.
