250 grams Manchego Cheese
4 large pita bread
1/2 cup tomato puree
4 slices of turkey ham
9 boneless black olives
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
6 fresh basil leaves

1.Preheat oven to 240ºC.
2. Cut Manchego Cheese and turkey ham into 1 cm-wide strips. Mince the basil leaves. Set aside separately.
3. Cut pita bread into 4 rectangles each, removing rounded parts.
4. In a bowl, mix tomato puree, oregano and basil. Stir well.
5.On each rectangle of pita bread and with the help of a spoon spread the seasoned tomato puree over the entire surface.
6.Add ham strips.
7.Add Manchego Cheese strips over ham, placing them as bandages.
8. Slice the olives in 4 pieces each, these will be the eyes of the mummy. Place 2 pieces of olives as eyes on top of the rectangle.
9. Stir 10 minutes or until Manchego Cheese gratin.
10. Decorate with ketchup to mark the bandages and red eyes of the mummy.
