Pita Bread Pizza

INGREDIENTS

400 grams of NAVARRO® Oaxaca Cheese

4 pieces of pita bread

20 shrimps

1/2 green pepper

1 Pumpkin

1/2 cup of ragu pizza sauce

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste 


PREPARATION

1. Cook the previously deveined shrimp, in enough water for about 5 minutes. Remove from water and set aside.

2. Cut the green pepper in half and clean it by removing the seeds and veins. Cut into thin strips, set aside.

3. In a saucepan put water to boil. Once it is boiling, immerse the pumpkin for 1 minute, take it out and place it in cold water for one minute to cut the cooking. Cut into slices, set aside.

4. Shred the NAVARRO® Oaxaca Cheese, set aside.

5. Put a thin layer of Ragu sauce and NAVARRO® Oaxaca Cheese on each pita bread  then add the shrimp, the pumpkin and the pepper.

6. Bake at 180ºc for about 3 minutes or until the NAVARRO® Oaxaca Cheese meliters.

7. Slice each into 4 parts and serve
