150 grams NAVARRO® Aged Cheddar Cheese
1 medium firm sweet papaya piece
150 grams of serrano ham
1/2 cup of olive oil
1/2 cup of honey
2 tablespoons of parsley
3 tablespoons of caramelized walnuts
Grain salt
1. Finely chop the parsley leaves, mix with olive oil until a parsley oil is formed.
2. Peel the papaya completely and remove the seeds, cut thick slices of 2 cm. Put them inside a bowl to marinate them with the parsley oil. Set aside.
3. Preheat the grill and clean it well
4. Remove the slices of papaya from the oil and remove the excess, put on the grill and slightly brown on both sides, season with grain salt being careful that it remains firm. Presentation: On the top of a piece of papaya put a Serrano ham, then slices of NAVARRO® Aged Cheddar Cheese and cover with a thread of honey. Garnish with caramelized walnuts.
