Pita bread with shrimp

INGREDIENTS

500 grams of Adobera Cheese

1/2 cup of pumpkin flowers

1/4 white onion

1 cup of corn

1/2 cup of small shrimp

2 tablespoons of olive oil

16 pieces of pita bread

Salt to taste

1 avocado

1 tablespoon of red onion

2 roma tomatoes

1 serrano pepper

2 tablespoons of fresh cilantro


PREPARATION

1. Wash and rinse the vegetables. Remove the center part of the pumpkin flowers.

2. Clean the shrimp by removing the skin, and with the help of a knife make an incision to remove the black part from the center. Once cleaned, finely chop and set aside in refrigeration.

3. Cut the Adobera cheese in thin slices, set aside in refrigeration

4. Finely chop the onion and shell the corn. Divide the pumpkin flowers into halves or cut into large pieces.

5. In a frying pan, heat oil. Once it is very hot, add the onion and then the corn. Let it cook for 10 minutes. Once the corn grains are cooked, add the chopped shrimp, and with the help of a spoon mix well. Finally, add the pumpkin flowers and mix while being careful of not to breaking them. Season with salt and set aside.

6. On a piece of pita bread place the slices of Adobera Cheese, a layer filled with shrimp and another layer of Adobera Cheese. Cover with another pita bread. Put in a frying pan, let the bread brown a little, turning it so that both sides are evenly browned. Heat until the Adobera cheese is melted.
