150 grams of Adobera Cheese
2 slices of Yellow Cheese
2 cans of tuna in water
2 eggs
1 cup of breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon olive oil
1/2 cup of peas
1/2 cup of carrots
1/2 cup of shelled corn
1 roma tomato
3 tablespoons of pink sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
1. Distil the two cans of tuna and place them in a bowl. Grate the Adobera cheese and add it to the tuna followed by all the other ingredients. Stir until they are blended, and a firm consistency is achieved. If necessary, add more breadcrumbs.
2. On a flat surface and with the help of your hands flatten the mixture and leave it with a thickness of 2 to 3 cms. With a knife cut in the shape and size of the mask we are looking for.
3. Heat under a non-stick frying pan and place the mask. Cover the pan and cook for 15 minutes. Turn and cook for 10 minutes or until it is golden brown.
4. Place on a plate and with the help of a cookie cutter in the shape of a leaf pierce the eyes and mouth of the mask. If you don´t have one, you can make them with a knife.
5. Cook the peas. Peel and chop in small squares and cook the carrot. Set aside.
6. Cut the tomato into thick half-moons. They will be the lips of the mask. Fill the eyes with peas and put a grain of corn in the middle like an iris.
7. With the help of the chopped carrot form the nose of the mask.
8. With corn make a line from the forehead to the end of the nose.
9. Mix the remaining peas, carrots and corn and put them around the mask.
10. Cut the Yellow Cheese into small triangles and put them in the mouth like teeth.
11. Serve it with pink sauce (mix a spoon of ketchup and two spoons of mayonnaise).
