INGREDIENTS

400 grams NAVARRO® Sliced Manchego Cheese 

200 grams NAVARRO® Unravel Oaxaca Cheese

4 medium bread rolls 

4 eggs

Salt and pepper to taste

Aluminium foil

TO GARNISH

2 pcs of peeled and chopped oranges

2 cups peeled and cubed pineapple

3 kiwis peeled, sliced and cut into quarters 

2 tablespoon of muscovado 

PREPARATION

GARNISH

1. Mix the fruits and sugar in a bowl, gently until well incorporated. Refrigerate.

FOR THE JELLY

2. Preheat oven to 200° C.

3. Remove top part of bread and remove crumb, leaving a thick wall, spread with a little olive oil and put in oven for 3 minutes or until brown.

4. Remove from oven and cover the bottom and inner walls of each with 2 slices of NAVARRO® Manchego cheese, then add an egg (before you can break it in a cup and serve in the bread), and finally cover the bottom and top with the NAVARRO® unravel Oaxaca cheese.

5. Wrap each bread in the foil and put it back in the oven (at the same heat temperature up and down), for 6 more minutes. If you want you can take it out, remove the bread and the top and let it cook a couple of minutes more. Serve with fruit and juice.
