Green salad with strawberry dressing

INGREDIENTS

120 grams of Cheddar Cheese

100 grams of lettuce mix

2 roma tomatoes

1 avocado

12 fresh basil leaves

1 gala apple

3 teaspoons of chopped walnuts

10 fresh strawberries

2 whole black peppers

4 tablespoons of olive oil

1 tablespoon of raspberry vinegar

1 tablespoon of bee honey


PREPARATION

1. Wash and rinse the vegetables. Dry them very well.

2. Slice the tomato, the avocado and the apple, set aside. Cut the walnut into small pieces.

3. Cut the Cheddar Cheese into thin slices. Set aside in refrigeration.

4. Cut the lettuce leaves with your hands to avoid browning. Mix with the basil leaves.

FOR THE DRESSING

5. Place the strawberries, the pepper, the honey and the raspberry vinegar in a food processor. Process until a homogeneous consistency is obtained and add the olive oil . Mix until all ingredients are completely blended.

FOR THE PRESENTATION

6. Arrange the lettuce and other ingredients so that they are balanced, finish with the walnut. Cover with strawberry dressing.
