300 grams of Panela Cheese
1 peach
2 plums
3 strawberries
1 tablespoon of basil
2 teaspoons of olive oil
2 tablespoon of walnuts
1/2 cup of cranberry juice
2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon of sugar
1. Wash and rinse the fruit and the basil.
2. Cut the Panela Cheese into 2 cm wide slices. Set aside in refrigeration.
3. Cut the strawberries, plums and peaches in a half moon form. Set aside.
4. Finely chop the basil and chop the walnut.
5. In a frying pan, heat cranberry juice until it boils. Lower the heat and add the balsamic vinegar and the sugar. Mix. Allow it to reduce until a thick consistency is obtained. Remove from heat and set aside.
6. Mix the fruits and arrange them. Arrange the slices of Panela Cheese. Top with a little basil and a few pieces of walnut.
7. Add a little olive oil and the dressing.
