300 grams of Panela Cheese
150 grams of Manchego Cheese
1 cup of cream
4 green apples
1/2 cup of fresh peeled pineapple
8 cherries in syrup
15 grams of halved walnuts
1 tablespoon of cherry syrup
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1. Cut the pineapple, apple and cheese into medium cubes. Set aside separately
2. Add a little lemon juice to the apple to avoid browning.
3. Chop the walnut. Set aside.
4. Distill the cherries and remove the stem. Cut in half. Set aside.
5. In a bowl, mix the cream and the syrup of the cherries. Set aside.
6. In a bowl mix all the dry ingredients, being careful not to break them.
7. Cover the salad with the cream and refrigerate before serving.
TIP: Low-fat cream can be used to make the salad with a lower calorie content.
