Blackberry Crepes

INGREDIENTS

250 grams of flour

2 cups of milk

50 grams of butter

10 grams of refined sugar

5 grams of salt

3 eggs

Butter to taste

300 grams of Manchego Cheese

8 tablespoons of blackberry jam

8 strawberries



PREPARATION

1. Put all the ingredients of the dough in the blender. Blend until the dough has a homogeneous consistency.

2. Wash and rinse the strawberries, slice into thin slices. Set aside

3. Cut the Manchego cheese into thin slices. Set aside

4. Heat enough butter in a frying pan. With a ladle, take a measure of  the dough and spread it on the pan. Let it cook on one side and when it can be removed from the frying pan, turn it over to finish cooking. With the help of a spoon cover one side of the crepe with blackberry jam.

5. Arrange the strawberry and Manchego cheese uniformly. Close in the shape of a triangle and leave a little on the fire to melt the Manchego Cheese.

6. Serve with a little jam on top, covering a little.

TIP: You can replace the blackberry jam with another jam of your preference
