250 grams NAVARRO® grated Adobera Cheese
3/4 cup tomato puree
300 grams ground beef
4 cherry tomatoes cut in halves
1 Avocado sliced with lemon
1 Lemon (so as not to oxidize the avocado)
4 Flour tortillas
1 teaspoon fresh chopped oregano
1 tablespoon oil
1. Sear the meat in a large pan, add the tomato puree and cook until it boils, for about 15 minutes, add the oregano and cook for 5 minutes over low heat. Taste seasoning and rectify if necessary, set aside.
2. Fill tortillas with meat and NAVARRO® Adobera Cheese and roll up making cones. Roast in a pan pressing the cone to brown and preserve the shape.
3. In each dish serve a rocket, place as a window 3 halves of cherry and slices of avocado as a propulsion.
4. It can be served garnished with green or red sauce.
