70 grams of Panela Cheese
3 Viennese sausages
1 pack (450g) of macaroni pasta
2 potatoes
2 carrots
1/2 onion
2 tablespoons of celery
3 tablespoons of mayonnaise
2 tablespoons of sour cream
1 lemon
1 romaine lettuce
1. Boil water with salt in a saucepan, enough to cook the pasta. Cook the pasta for 10 minutes, take it out, drain it and rinse it with cold water. Set aside.
2. Wash and rinse the vegetables thoroughly. Set aside.
3. Cut the carrot and potato into medium cubes. Cook in salted water for 8 minutes. Drain and set aside.
4. Finely chop the onion, celery and lettuce. Set aside.
5. Cut the Panela Cheese into medium cubes. Set aside.
6. In a bowl mix the carrot, potato, onion, celery, Panela cheese, cream and mayonnaise, being careful not to break the ingredients.
7. Add the cooked macaroni pasta and mix. Add the lettuce and a little lemon juice. Stir very well until everything blends.
8. Chop the sausages into slices and put them in the pasta.
9. Serve with soda crackers or toast.
TIP: Can be prepared in advance and refrigerated in individual portions
