Tropical Ceviche

INGREDIENTS

600 grams NAVARRO® Panela Cheese 

4 Tomatoes

1/4 medium purple onion

2 rajapuri mangoes

3 lemons

1 sweet orange

1 cucumber

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon fresh cilantro

1 Serrano pepper



PREPARATION

1. Cut NAVARRO® Panela Cheese into small cubes, approximately 1.5 cm.

2. Peel and cut into cubes the cucumber and mango, smaller than the cheese.

3. Chop all vegetables of the same size.

4. Put all the ingredients in a bowl. Add lemon and orange juice. Mix everything well and add chili to taste, refrigerate for 10 minutes. Add the chopped cilantro to the end.

5. Rectify the salt, serve cold. Serve with crackers or tostadas
