200 grams NAVARRO® Manchego Cheese
1 paq sliced white bread
120 grams quince paste
3 tablespoons cashews
2 apples
Muscat honey
1 lemon
3 tablespoons sugar
1/2 cup white wine (muscatel)
1. In a pan, reduce wine with lemon juice and sugar to form a syrup. Stir gently with a wooden shovel. Leave the mixture a little liquid so that when it cools it thickens a little.
2. Remove edges from bread. Flatten the slices of bread with rolling pin. Once well flattened, cut in half, in the form of rectangles.
3. Preheat the oven to 150ºC. Place bread in a tray and bake until browned, making sure they do not burn.
4. Mince cashews. Set aside.
5. Slice equally quince paste and NAVARRO® Manchego Cheese. Cut into rectangles as size of bread. Set aside.
6. Cut apple into thin slices. Set aside.
7. Place a slice of quince on a slice of bread, then a slice of NAVARRO® Manchego cheese and finish with a slice of apple.
8. Finish with a few drops of muscatel honey and cashews to decorate.
