150 grams. of Cheddar Cheese
1 large baguette
4 German-style sausages
2 cucumbers
2 spring onions
12 basil leaves
4 pickles in vinegar
1 tablespoon of vinegar
2 tablespoons of mustard
1/2 cup mayonnaise
Salt to taste
1. Slice the bread into 12 slices. Brown in the oven until they are crispy.
2. Brown the sausages a little in a frying pan. Let them cool and cut into slices. Set aside.
3. In a bowl, mix the mustard with the vinegar. Emulsify the mayonnaise and season with salt to taste.
4 Peel and cut the cucumber and the pickles in slices, and the onion in thin rings.
5. Cut the Cheddar Cheese into slices. Try to make them the size of bread slices.
6. Spread the dressing on each slice of bread. Top with a slice of Cheddar Cheese, a slice of cucumber, sausage, onion, a basil leaf and at the end a slice of pickle.
7. To finish, add the dressing to taste.
